Founded by doulas Angelica & Aline, DouLand was born from a shared calling: to bring postpartum care to every family, anywhere, through virtual support designed to fit their lives. With decades of combined experience and a deep understanding of the postpartum journey, we provide care, connection, and confidence that meets families where they are.

We offer full postpartum and infant support during those tender first weeks and months—when rest restores, reassurance empowers, and guidance transforms uncertainty into confidence. Whether you’re navigating feeding, sleep rhythms, or simply adjusting to this new chapter, we’re here for every step of the journey. With DouLand, you’re never alone.

Hi, I’m Angelica! I’ve been a postpartum doula since 2007, supporting families through the intimate, beautiful, and often overwhelming early days of parenthood. I’m also a mom, so I understand how deeply transformative those first months can be. That lived experience grounds everything I offer.

My work is rooted in presence — being there not just for the diapers and feeds, but for those quiet in between moments, the questions in the middle of the night, the small victories, and the big emotions. I bring a calm energy into the home and meet each family exactly where they are, without judgment.

Hello, I’m Aline Paula — a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience, mother of an adult child, and deeply passionate about motherhood.

Since 2016, I’ve been supporting pregnant women, new mothers, and families with compassionate care, valuable information, and emotional guidance — helping make pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period more positive and empowering.

I created an online course on pregnancy and postpartum care that has reached thousands of families in Brazil, turning uncertainty into confidence and connection.

Now, I’m beginning a new chapter as co-founder of DouLand, alongside two incredible partners. Our mission is to provide maternal support that is empathetic, accessible, and tailored to your unique needs.

As the daughter of DouLand co-founder Angelica, I grew up surrounded by the postpartum world and saw firsthand the difference compassionate support can make for new families. Watching my mother care for parents and babies throughout my life gave me a deep appreciation for this work and the lasting impact it has on families during such an important transition.

I'm honored to help tell DouLand's story, share valuable resources with our community, and support the mission that has been part of my life from the very beginning.
