The Sleep Shift

For families ready to create sustainable sleep habits with gentle guidance and personalized support. This package is designed for babies 3 months and older who are developmentally ready for sleep training.

Over the course of 2 weeks, we’ll work together to choose an approach that honors your parenting style and supports your baby’s emotional well-being. Through structure, consistency, and compassion, we’ll help your family find a rhythm that works. All sleep support is responsive, respectful, and developmentally appropriate.

Caregiver Training Package

This one-on-one training is designed for nannies, family members, or other caregivers who will be helping with newborn or infant care.

Together, we’ll align on routines, safety, and your family’s priorities—so everyone feels confident, supported, and on the same page.
